In our expanding world economy Real Estate is still primarily a local business. Many people remain tied to the same geographic area where their friends or family reside and typically limit their search territory for a new home to a handful of towns. When people need to relocate they normally don't think of their local agent as a resource in the new destination.
As part of my ongoing effort to deliver service above and beyond the average agent I have been expanding my network of Realtors around the country. Unlike many agents that offer to toss your name into a Relocation companies hands for placement I have chosen Real Estate Agents that I know are reliable and meet my high expectation.
Before leaving New Haven County and venturing out on your own into a new territory contact me and hopefully I will know a great Realtor to help you. You'll save time searching for the perfect home and agents working together in both areas will be able to better coordinate your closings to minimize the stress of relocation.
Whatever your Real Estate needs remember Dan - The Running Realtor will Go the Extra Mile for You throughout New Haven County and can point you in the right direction whether you are Retiring to Raleigh or Transferring to Tucson.

Dan - I read your previous post and got exhausted just thinking about all the races you're going to be in and had to take a nap! LOL
I wake up and see that you've included in as your Ft. Worth REALTOR...thanks! That's a nice surprise and I love the way you made your map! Looks great!
This is an awesome post and a great tribute to AR's networkof professionals! Love the map/photos! Great Job Dan.
Sincerely,
Grace Safrin
Dan, looks like you have most of the States covered with ActiveRain members. I have read and commented on a lot of these members blogs and they are experienced Realtors that know what they are talking about.
Barb...Many times when I run into sellers they have already visited their destination and selected an agent on their own. figured this would let them know local agents in their current area can often help.
Linda... I do know someone that relocated to your area.... but that was about 25 years ago so don't hold your breathe waiting for the next one.
Grace... Out of all the tag lines agents have yours always ranks quite high in my mind as memorable...
Danny... Wish I could but with a sluggish market I'll pass this year. Do know a few Rainer's that are training for it.
Marc... A newsletter does the same job, mine is still in the development stage though.
Elizabeth... This graphic was one of those challenging playtime activities...since a have an extensive background in AutoCAD drafting software I used that for the base map and imported the raster graphics to place in each state.
Brian.., I keep forgetting to look up the date of the DC gathering but that is next on my to-do list.
George... It's filling in.. I have a few empty states and certainly can't show everyone in highly populated areas.
Lindsey... Maybe we'll run into each other at a marathon one day.... most have 5k also... :-)
Brain... I'll watch for the schedule of events and depending on our schedule we may make the trip. Haven't been to DC in years...
Linda... Although I enjoy working I'm expecting to entertain myself differently 25 years from now...
Kim... Time will tell.... Suprisingly with such a mobile society relocation has not been a big part of my business.
Paul...Looks like I need a slight revision to the map... Initially it looked like I was punching you in the head. :-)
Thesa... When my wife looked at the map she asked where your were... I used that rare photo.....
Melissa... You have been crowned but the clarity is only visible at the state level...
This is an amazing map and thanks for including me. I will never let you down!
Dan the Man!! Cool map and what a great idea to put pics with the states. Thanks for including me!
Ann
Hi Dan,
This is a great piece, nice to know I made the list. ;) Consumers is your area are in good hands.
Mana... Yes... Getting closer but still will be a few hours away when I run the Marathon in San Diego. Hopefully I'll have some flexibility and make it up to the LA area.
Paul... Hope your done taking your lumps at your age...... LOL
Judy... Hope not.... You are working on that collection of holiday songs, Right?
Missy... The HOW is easy... I just work my magic! :-)
Ann... Including agents in New England would be much easier if our states weren't so small....
Tom... Maybe I'll see a party animal like you at the concert after the Rock-n-Roll Marathon!
Dez... You already knew everything I do is a tad fancy!
Jennifer... Guess you're working to hard.... When are you heading east?
Elaine... Somehow you've embedded yourself in my mind as a Rock & Roller and with my focus on running my first marathon out your way you're tough to forget.
Suzanne... Consumers in any of the area I highlighted with agents will be in fine hands. In saying that I see I neglected to put my face in Connecticut....
Dan - just think how quickly we can get from state to state up here in New England! I love that part of it!
Ann
Ann... Speed depends on your mode of transportation. The other day one of my clients asked how long it would take me to run to the cabin in Maine. I laughed by he calculated 10 days would be adequate.
Sandi... Haven't decided if all this social networking is good or bad.... certainly fun but in reality most of us don't run into all that many clients that need a referral for an agent out of our area.
Ginger... If I had plenty of time and money a variation on that idea would be fun. Don't mind driving and could stop in each city or town for a run.
Ditto to the cool map! I love graphics and haven't a clue. 8-)
Perhaps the 13 year old can come up with something. You are giving me ideas Dan!
Good luck on training for the marathon!
