Just stumbled into this video and thought it might bring a smile to the face of all the fitness fanatics as you beat yourself up over the calories consumed on Thanksgiving Day and will most likely continue to devour in the coming months.    Tis the season to be Jolly....   Enjoy your workout!

I remember this one, and Jim Carey also did Vanilla Ice! he happens to live a few Blocks from me, and I have gotten to know him. Very Cool Guy, and he is into Real-estate big time down here.

This was great especially the Horse Sound :0)

Meredith... Now is certainly a better time to join instead of after the first of the year.  You'll notice the big influx of Newbies in early January.

Linda...  Teaches you a lesson in what not to be holding when you look at my post... Never know what you'll see..  :-)

Tom... Guess you're living on the fancy side of the tracks.  Hope you're writing some of the big ones....

Mana... I don't recall many episodes of In Living Colors... Then again there are plenty of shows in prime time now that I never watch.
