The Running Realtor: Free Market Analysis of your Home

A blend of ramblings about Real Estate & Running around New Haven County and the Connecticut Shoreline

Free Market Analysis of your Home

Homeowners in New Haven County can receive a free Comparative Market Analysis ( CMA ) of their home without any pressure of a formal meeting.  Many homeowners in the early stages of considering a move are reluctant to seek the knowledge they need to make an informed decision.  There always seems to be one more repair or a bit more cleaning that should be done before talking to "The Realtor"

  • Are you thinking of selling and wondering what your home is worth in todays market?
  •                                                                                                                                                                                 *
  • Is the media hype of gloom and doom swaying your decision not to market your home?
  •                                                                                                                                                                                 *
  • Are you searching for an easy way to get a realistic estimate of you home value?

If your answer is "YES" to any of the above questions just CLICK HERE to fill out a very brief form and the finished report detailing the value of your home will arrive in your email.

Don't be confused about the quality of our on-line CMA.  This is not some vague guesstimate that you might find from some web site offering instantaneous results.  With the vast amount of data on-line today we can research your property & base the pricing on similar homes currently on the market and recently sold in your area.  Be aware that this in not an automated report,  it is a detailed analysis that may take a day to complete.

Here is a sample showing a few pages of a fictional report.  Your personalized report will include target pricing for your property based on comparable homes and our knowledge as locally licenced real estate agents.   Get started by requesting you CMA today!

Sandra,  Unless I'm mistaken today is still Monday, just went with a consumer marketing idea instead of offering agent tips.  Seem to be having some technical difficulty with my site though... When I picked the CLICK HERE link and filled in the form the data did not arrive.  If you have a chance fill it out as another test and print the receipt to a PDF file in-case I need to hound tech support....

Dan, this is a great service that you are offering.  I just clicked on the fictional report link and the report looks great.  Have you picked up Buyers with this or did you just start doing it?

George.... I have done a number of these but the Prospective Sellers seem to be Just Lookers... None have listed their property with me or any other agency...

Thesa... I keep trying... Still a little slow!

This is terrific!!  I love options you give them to show what not to do or rely on!!  I really think that giving them the option of not meeting you in person(right away) is good.  People are so reluctant at times and feel that they will be pressured!  GREAT JOB!!

Figures... The top of my CMA form specifies New Haven County and the first request I received is from Aransas Pass in Texas and I don't know any agents working that market.  Anyone interested?
